I use a high quality printer - Madison Editions out of Boston, so you can expect the highest quality and a print that will look like an original piece! Most people prefer the canvas gallery wrap pieces as they look just like an original and come ready to hang!

COMMISSIONED ART
Many of the paintings I do are commissioned pieces meaning they are custom pieces of art for each client. When I work with someone looking for a custom piece, either for their hallway, or as a gift for a friend I go through a creative process to find out what style of painting they like and photos that may have inspired them. I also find out what emotions or meaning they envision the painting to have. Then, I create a rough sketch of the painting by either drawing it out on paper, or by painting a small piece. This gives the client an idea of what the piece will look like and colors that would be used. Depending on the size and detail of the piece, it can take 4 weeks to 3 months to finish. Oil paintings will take longer due to the slow drying process of the oils.
